误区一:红酒都很贵,100元以下的都是勾兑的假酒

误区五:红酒是越陈越香

对于比较普通的餐饮酒来说,也许只要两三年的时间,酒的味道就会下降,尽管他们可能放十年也不会坏,但随着时间延长果味就会消失,那和酒精兑水没什么区别:果香几乎丧失殆尽了。

所以平时买酒,不要刻意追求年份悠久,你可能只是在买无良酒商的高价尾货库存而已。

从某种意义上来说,“有挂杯的红酒才是好红酒”这一命题,等同于“有丁丁的男人才是好男人”,根本就没法说他没有道理,只是没有任何指导意义。

误区九:喝红酒一定要用专业的高脚杯

酱小白:好的酒杯或许能提升喝酒的体验,但不是决定因素,酒好不好喝,心情比较重要。

好的酒杯能够帮助酒更好的展示香气,让你不仅能够在口腔里享受葡萄酒,光是用鼻子也能感受美妙的香味。
